By using the jobonthecob.com web site ("Service"), a service of Job On The Cob,
you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
Job On The Cob reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from
time to time without notice. Any new features that augments or enhances the current
Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the
Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute
your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
While Job On The Cob prohibits such conduct and certain Content on the Service,
you understand and agree that Job On The Cob cannot be responsible for the Content
posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You
agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Accounts and Logins
- ANY INFORMATION POSTED ON THE ACCOUNT REGARDING THE HIRING STATUS AND ALL OPEN POSITIONS
MUST BE ACCURATE. ALL CHANGES TO A USER'S (EMPLOYER'S/BUSINESS'S) HIRING STATUS
AND OPEN POSITIONS MUST BE REFLECTED ON THE ACCOUNT WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY OF THE
ACTUAL CHANGE!
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- Your account must be registered by a person. Accounts registered by automated methods
are not permitted.
- You must provide a legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information
requested in order to complete the sign-up process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Job
On The Cob cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure
to comply with this obligation.
- You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs in your account,
even if said Content is posted by others whom you have or have not authorized to
use your account.
- Job On The Cob does reserve the right to update hiring information (if not done
so by the account holder) at any time. This is done to ensure the accuracy of the
information Job On The Cob presents to the public.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not,
in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but
not limited to copyright laws).
Cancellation and Termination
- You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. To cancel, send
an email or make a phone request.
- Job On The Cob, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your
account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other
Job On The Cob service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service
will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your
Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. Job
On The Cob reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any
time.
Modifications to the Service
- Job On The Cob reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or
discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with
or without notice.
- Prices of all Services, including but not limited to those currently offered for
free, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
- Job On The Cob shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification,
price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Copyright and Content Ownership
- Job On The Cob does not pre-screen Content, but Job On The Cob has the right (but
not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that
is available via the Service.

General Conditions

required to run the Service.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to
falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, Job On The Cob, or any other
Job On The Cob service.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion
of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express
written permission by Job On The Cob.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content
that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous,
defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's
intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
- Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution)
of any Job On The Cob customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate
account termination.
- You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including
your Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over
various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements
of connecting networks or devices.
- If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined
solely by Job On The Cob) of other Job On The Cob customers, we reserve the right
to immediately disable or throttle your account until you reduce your bandwidth
consumption.
- JOB ON THE COB MAKES NO WARRANTY CONCERNING THE SERVICE. ACCORDINGLY, SERVICE AND
ALL OTHER DATA, MATERIALS, AND DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT
BY JOB ON THE COB AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT
REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. JOB ON THE COB AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE
OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. JOB ON THE COB DOES NOT WARRANT
THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE OR
VIRUS-FREE.
- The failure of Job On The Cob to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the
Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms
of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Job On The Cob and governs
your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Job On
The Cob (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Privacy Policy
Job On The Cob has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate
our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the Job On The Cob web site (the
"Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from
our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate
our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change
this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30)
business days prior to the change taking effect.
Collected Information

OF AN ACCOUNT HOLDER (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE HIRING STATUS AND OPEN POSITIONS)
IS PUBLIC INFORMATION.
We require customers who register to use the services ("Services") offered on our
Site to give us contact information, such as their name and e-mail address. Job
On The Cob uses the information that we collect to set up Services for individuals
and their organizations and to ensure the accuracy of the information posted in
regards to their hiring status and jobs posted. We may also use the information
to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company and the
Services that we provide. Customer email addresses and any personal customer information
will not be distributed or shared with any third parties other than Job On The Cob
employees, consultants and representatives.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided
for in the Job On The Cob Terms of Service or this Privacy Statement, we do not
disclose to any third-party the information provided. Other third parties, such
as content providers, may provide content on the Site but they are not permitted
to collect any information nor does Job On The Cob share any personal user information

Job On The Cob may also collect certain information from visitors and customers
